Advanced class booking is essential due to our high levels of participation. To book a class simply log into the member area, use the booking screens available in our POD or visit and book with our reception team. Participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of every class. All class attendees are required to confirm their attendance at reception and collect a class pass. We apologise if you are unable to attend a class due to lack of space or equipment.
Please note that a minimum of two participants are required or the class will be cancelled. Attendees must provide at least 6 hours notice, if they are unable to attend a booked class using the member log in/class bookings section. Class attendees who fail to provide adequate cancellation notice, on more than three occasions, may forfeit the right to book future classes. Class payments are non-refundable and non transferrable. More Energy reserves the right to change the timetable at short notice.
